    Pros

My experience with Riderflex has been all around positive. Marcy Cartmill has been my contact and she is very positive, very professional, and clearly cares about both the companies she recruits for and the potential employees she contacts. I would recommend Riderflex to any business looking to fill important positions and if you are contacted by Riderflex for a position I would highly recommend taking the call.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Riderflex in August 2018.

    Interview

A phone screen and then a video call with the Managing Director of Riderflex. The process was smooth with the phone to video screening happening very quickly and no long delays in feedback.

    Interview Questions

    • It was a 45 minute screen so a variety of topics from technical, to business, to personality were covered. The interview covered just abut everything I think a hiring manager would want to know and then some but was not tedious or too intrusive. I think it was the right level of detail. Steve of Riderflex is a polished professional and clearly knows his business and how to vet candidates.   Answer Question
