I started out as a mental health technician, while I attended USC to get my master's in social work. Upon completion of my master's degree, I transitioned over to be an inpatient social worker. In March of 2024, I was promoted to lead social worker. I was recently promoted to Director of Utilization Management. I like working at Three Rivers because it is a family-like environment and for the opportunity to grow within the company.
