We listen to our employees! Forty-nine percent of CoorsTek employees say that employee feedback influences decisions at my organization. We use feedback from our annual employee engagement survey to implement targeted action plans to address areas of opportunity identified after each engagement survey. Our Employee Insight Teams (comprised of more than 150 employees across the globe) help build these annual action plans with leadership and facilitate implementation at the local level. Our EIT teams also work on employee engagement tasks throughout the year including planning local celebrations and community support events.
