Mission Fitness on the Go was created to give back to the community. Along with making fitness accessible and fun for everyone, we donate part of our profits to various sport organizations across Canada to help our Olympic and Olympic hopeful athletes. When you join Fitness on the Go, you are not only helping yourself to become fit but also helping Canadian athletes realize their Olympic dreams.
Description Fitness On The Go Personal Training is a Canadian fitness and in-home personal trainer company dedicated to helping people reach their fitness goals. We want to help our clients enjoy a healthier lifestyle by maintaining or increasing their activity levels safely and efficiently. To make fitness easy and accessible to people, we bring an individualized exercise program and a qualified personal trainer to you!
We make it easy by bringing fitness to you. We keep you motivated and on track by making sure you complete a safe and effective fitness workout. You can exercise with one of our personal trainers when it is convenient for you, in the privacy of your own home.
All we ask is about 6ft by 6ft of floor space and a solid 50-55 minutes of your time.
We bring all the necessary fitness equipment such as exercise mats, swiss balls, medicine balls, elastics,…etc to your door. And one of our certified personal trainers will create a customized training schedule and routine just for you!
