We officially opened the doors to our largest branch footprint yet! Our new 17,000-square-foot facility on 8.5 acres in Jacksonville, FL, is now open. This milestone marks our 28th location in the Sunshine State, co-locating our Core Solutions fleet with a brand-new CASE Power & Equipment of Florida dealership. From the rental yard to the retail showroom, this tech-powered hub is ready to support regional infrastructure, highway expansions, and storm hardening projects across North Florida. But building the future isn't just about moving iron--it’s about lifting up the communities where our teams live and work. As a core highlight of our grand opening, we were honored to present a "Giving Back" grant to the Wounded Warrior Project. This contribution directly supports their mission to serve wounded veterans and their families through vital rehabilitation and support programs. At EquipmentShare, supporting our nation's heroes is woven into our DNA. As a multi-year recipient of the HIRE Vets Gold Medallion, we prioritize creating meaningful career pathways for transitioning service members through our Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs. As we kick off our annual Giving Back Week (April 20–25), we are incredibly proud to celebrate the record-breaking impact our team of 8,200+ employees made in 2025. While many companies see volunteerism driven by office staff, EquipmentShare is defying industry norms. Last year, nearly 40% of our 6,000+ volunteer hours came directly from our field-level teams in Maintenance and Rental operations. High-Depth Service: Our volunteers averaged 10.56 hours per person—doubling the national average for volunteer depth.
