EquipmentShare interview questions

Very long process, both interviewers and I had interview fatigue at the end. Recruiter screening, DISC personality assessment, live SQL testing round, hiring manager interview, director interview, and case study panel interview. The case study definitely takes multiple days to complete because you have to be prepared to answer not just your solution but other possible scenarios. I wish they would condense the interview process by choosing to do either the live SQL round or case study, not both. Pay was very low compared to the amount of work & skillset they were looking for.

First call was from recruiter and she was nice and cordial. Asked the usual questions. Was asked to do DISC assessment. Second interview was a waste of time with the hiring manager. He was unprepared and distracted. He spent the entire interview trying to talk me out of pursuing the job. He didn't seem to believe in the business or the culture and was very adamant that sales at EquipmentShare was dog eat dog.
