Red Bike Advisors LLC has acquired Adam Shay CPA, PLLC, effective June 12, 2023. Upon completion of the transaction, Adam Shay, CPA, MBA, has moved from a Managing Partner role to lead Virtual CFO services, which consists of providing strategic financial services for growing businesses to help entrepreneurs achieve their business and personal goals. Partner Caroline Montgomery will remain in her role as Tax Manager. Gretchen Roberts will step in as CEO of Red Bike Advisors, leading marketing and sales, operations, and client services on behalf of the team.
