Mission As family farmers we believe in sustainable and socially responsible farming, and in taking care of our people. Our sales and sourcing teams, supported by our sister logistics company, Trophy Transport, are committed to providing the best produce. We differentiate from our many competitors by the sheer size and breadth of our supply chain.
J&J’s values of integrity, communication, execution, leadership, cooperation and attitude are our focus, with our team, suppliers, partners and customers.
Description Founders Jimmy and Jerry Erneston formed J&J Produce in 1983. From the beginning, they decided J&J would take a different approach, to set them apart from other family members in local distribution, by connecting local farmers and farms to wholesale distributors.
Our legacy is two brothers who were committed to exceeding expectations. In the years since, a few things have changed, but one thing remains the same — It's All About The Farm.
In the early 2000s, J&J began investing in farming and partnering with farmers, to create a regional footprint with a year round supply. Now, J&J Family of Farms is strategically positioned as a national supplier, with a more robust offering of products year round. Our family of farms now grows on over 14,000 acres of farmland.
