Description OmniTRAX, Inc. is one of North America’s largest and fastest growing private railroad and transportation management companies. OmniTRAX's core capabilities range from providing transportation and supply chain management services to railroad and port companies to providing intermodal and industrial switching operations to railroads, ports, and a diverse group of industrial companies. OmniTRAX’s interests include railroads, terminals, logistics hubs, and industrial real estate. OmniTRAX connects commerce to customers through its network of 23 regional and short line railroads that cover 16 US states and 2 Canadian provinces. The Company’s railroads interchange with BNSF, CN, CSXT, KCSM, NS and UP and transport commodities within the Agricultural, Aggregate and Industrial Mineral, Energy, Food, Chemical, Lumber, Metal, Petroleum and Plastic industries. OmniTRAX also provides supply chain solutions to the oil and gas industry. Along with its railroads that originate and terminate energy related commodities, OmniTRAX manages frac sand terminals and transload facilities. OmniTRAX, Inc. is an affiliate of the Broe Group and was founded in 1986.
