      Description We have grown by 30% in the last 3 months. We have a 4-1 ratio of FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics to Apprentice's. We will be increasing to 300 employees over the next 3 years, with a goal of 50 additional A&P Mechanics. Currently we have 45 full-time Mechanics who complete Avionics, Sheetmetal and all other missions related to A&P work.
