Our mission is to support the well being of ailing Asian American seniors and others who are disadvantaged as a result of language and cultural barriers.
PASSi is the first and largest home care agency in Pennsylvania focused on the Asian population. It was founded in April 2004 by Im Ja Choi, the current Executive Director,after she discovered that the Philadelphia region lacked any Korean-speaking home health aides qualified to care for her then 88-year-old mother who was recovering from cancer surgery.
