Tecumseh Poultry, also known as MBA Poultry, makes sure its chickens receive an advanced degree -- or at least an internal temperature of 34 degrees Fahrenheit. The company produces natural, free-roaming, grain-fed, and certified organic fresh chicken products which are air-cooled instead of chilled in standard (non-potable) communal water baths, which is the system that most producers use.
