      Description Centennial Specialty Foods (also known as Stokes - Ellis Foods) is a fiesta of fiery flavors. The company manufactures chili sauce. The 2003 acquisition of Stokes - Ellis added the Stokes brand to the company's brand roster. Both its two red and five green chili sauces, sold under the Stokes brand, are available in club, grocery, and superstores throughout the US, with a concentration in Arizona and Colorado. Centennial's customers include such food retailers as Wal-Mart, SAM'S CLUB, Costco, Safeway, IGA, Food 4 Less, Dillons, Albertsons, and Kroger.
