Russia may be known for its vodka, but beer company Baltika is brewing up a new beverage of choice. Baltika manufactures more than 30 brands of beer, including Baltika, Arsenalnoye, and Yarpivo, as well as 10 non-beer brands such as Crazy Cola and Flash, an energy drink. It's also licensed to produce the brands Tuborg, Kronenbourg, Carlsberg, and Foster's in Russia. The company is Russia's #1 beer brand, with a market share of 38% (Anheuser-Busch InBev trails with 20%). Baltika operates 11 breweries and three malt factories across Russia, which altogether have an annual production of 4.5 billion liters. Baltic Beverages, a subsidiary of Carlsberg, owns 85% of Baltika.
