Description Norwood Promotional Products makes its money off schwag. A leading supplier of promotional items in the US, Norwood manufactures and imprints (with corporate logos and messages) about 15 product lines featuring more than 5,000 items, including travel bags, golf balls, magnets, pens, and calendars. It is also home to the original Koozie can and bottle holders. The company's wares are sold to thousands of independent promotional product distributors. Norwood was founded in 1989 by Frank Krasovec. It voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2009; later that year French consumer products company BIC -- maker of the ubiquitous BIC ballpoint pen -- acquired the company for $162 million.
