Located along the North Carolina- South Carolina state line in Charlotte, Carowinds is the place where the Carolinas come together for world-class attractions and hair-raising adventures. With a total of 14 roller coasters, Carowinds ranks 5th in the world as having the most roller coasters in one park. Carowinds also features a water park, Carolina Harbor. The park’s operating season extends through 10 months featuring a Halloween event, SCarowinds, and a winter event, WinterFest.
