Among its products are mixers, dividers, sandwiching machines (for Oreo-like cookies), cookers, toasters, and injection machinery (to shoot filling into cookies or crackers). Baker Perkins manufactures equipment from its two locations in the UK and US. The company, formerly a subsidiary of Invensys, was acquired by private investors John Cowx (managing director) and Brian Taylor (chairman) in 2006.
