The Food Wholesale segment is engaged in the sale of confectionery and food products. The Real Estate and Service segment is engaged in real estate business and the operation of golf courses. In addition, the Company is also engaged in the provision of financial services and other activities. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 20 subsidiaries.
