We began Trifecta because we believe there are three fundamental areas of health—mind, body, and social. These areas are interdependent, meaning you cannot thrive in one area without thriving in the others.
Trifecta founders and siblings, Greg and Elizabeth Connolly, always knew systematizing their diets was key to eating healthy.
Greg was stuck in the monotony of weekly meal prepping, while Elizabeth suffered through frozen and overpriced food delivery. They needed a system that combined organic, healthy, delicious food that was cooked fresh, with convenience and a reasonable price, so they decided they were going to have to create it themselves.
Trifecta was born.
