Description Since 1978, the Fres-co System USA team has been dedicated to one thing and one thing only – providing the finest flexible packaging systems available anywhere. We operate from a 32-acre headquarters in Telford, Pennsylvania, that houses a packaging and equipment production facility, a research and development department, engineering services and administrative offices. A second facility is located in Red Oak, Iowa.
