The junior natural resources company (formerly Topper Resources) buys interests in gas and oil exploration sites in Canada and the US. It owns the petroleum and natural gas rights to 1,100 acres in the Bakken oil formation in southern Saskatchewan. In conjunction with TriAxon Resources Ltd. (its joint venture partner with extensive experience in the Bakken Shale play) the company has succeeded in producing oil from its first exploratory Bakken well and plans to develop several others.
