HIGHLIGHT: Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) India leverages our own content and learning solutions to develop our internal teams is just one example of how we differentiate from the rest: Learning & Development (L&D) India Club launched a case study discussion session for all HBP India staff on the theme ‘Acting Like an Owner’. The genesis of this idea came from a greater focus on driving a culture of performance excellence at HBP India. Roughly, 60 HBP India staff attended the case study, “Toto Wolff and the Mercedes Formula One Team” highlighted the important behaviors, skills, and practices one can undertake to co-create a culture of accountability and ownership within the organization. The discussion focused on the following learning objectives: • To catalyze a mindset-shift in learners about the importance of acting like an owner for achieving a high-performance culture • To showcase the behaviors that are critical to become an ownership-mindset leader/employee/contributor • Creating a culture of accountability and ownership amongst teams to drive organizational performance excellence The session was kicked off by making the case for performance excellence at HBP India and why “acting like an owner” is a mindset shift that can accelerate the organization’s growth trajectory. ...Show more
