Hope-Beckham Inc. (HBI) is a bilingual, multicultural, independently owned public relations and communications agency based in Atlanta.
The agency was formed in 1994 by Paul Beckham and Bob Hope, who became acquainted while working for the Ted Turner empire. Now, HBI has become one of the top independent public relations firms in the country serving clients in a variety of industries including sports, entertainment, restaurant and hospitality, retail, technology, telecommunications and nonprofit.
In 2021, HBI entered into a merger with GPR Global, the South’s most prominent Hispanic public relations firm. The new partnership added Gina Espinosa Meltzer as partner and former Atlanta Business Chronicle Executive Editor Mark Meltzer as executive vice president. HBI has built a diverse portfolio of large and midsized clients around the world.
