The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) is a trade organization that comprises maintenance, repair, operating, and production suppliers. It represents about 500 companies. In addition to hosting conventions and other events, the group offers its members training and support on increasing productivity, improving sales and marketing, and reducing costs. It also conducts research, develops performance standards, and provides networking opportunities. The ISA was formed in 2004 by the merger of the ISMA and the Industrial Distributors Association. They were joined in 2005 by members of the defunct North American Industrial Representatives Association.
