Our mission is to provide world-class, front-line health coaching directly to consumers as well as health professionals around the world.
We believe in evidence-based health solutions, emotionally intelligent interactions, and a commitment to client empathy.

Description Macros Inc is an online service and software provider that leverages technology to provide 1-on-1 health and wellness coaching. Founded in 2017, Macros Inc has focused on delivering direct-to-consumer health and wellness coaching and has built an online health and wellness community of over 330,000 people. In 2020 Macros Inc launched its own technology platform for coaching and coach education. We employ a team of over 100 expert coaches. As a minimum, each coach has an industry-recognized personal training certification and a specialist nutrition certification. Our coaches go through structured mentoring, a comprehensive training system, and engage in monthly continuing education. Our coaches work alongside the clients to help them through their own journey’s with guidance, support, empathy & authenticity. Our staff and clients are working to help the company realize our vision of a fitter, healthier, happier world – for everyone.

Macros Inc conducts an eNPS survey every quarter. Our 2022 Q4 results are in and we rocked another amazing score of 87! We've Accomplished Something Great! The annual INC 5000 list came out and Macros Inc came in at #480, placing us in the top 500, which is awesome to see! We're a hard working group with amazing people that are supportive, fun, mission driven, knowledgeable in our field and IT SHOWS! In May 2022, Macros Inc held their annual Company Meet-Up in Nashville, TN. We hosted one meeting during the weekend where we updated staff on the future growth of the company along with departmental updates on how we're each working toward our vision. Everyone looks forward to this annual event each year as it's typically the only time we see each other in person! So while we do talk business, the intent is to spend some quality time together as a team. This year attendees got to select from events including the Johnny Cash Museum, a Ghost Tour Pub Crawl, a Music Walking Tour, Private Gym Session, Pedal Pub, 5K Run/Walk and everyone had fun at the company hangout at a local arcade! ...Show more
