Radico Khaitan is full of good cheer. India's second-largest liquor company (behind United Spirits Limited), Radico Khaitan owns and manufactures 14 brands of whisky, rum, brandy, and vodka, including its flagship 8 PM Whisky, as well as Contessa Rum, Old Admiral Brandy, and Magic Moments vodka. It produces more than 13 million cases of spirits annually and distributes throughout India through third-party distributors. The company also exports select products to some 30 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and other regions. Radico Khaitan traces its roots back to 1943, when it was a distiller for other liquor companies; it began making its own branded products in the late 1990s.
