How sweet it is. The Billington Food Group (better known as Billington's) offers a line of organic and unrefined brown cane sugars for use in baking and as a sweetener for coffee and tea. The types of sugar marketed by the UK company include caster, demerara, granulated, icing sugar, and muscovado, as well as dried molasses. It imports its sugar from Mauritius, which it then packs and distributes from its facility in Ipswich to both retail food and food-manufacturing customers. Billington's has been a a subsidiary of Associated British Foods since 2004.
