Paradigm Talent Agency, founded in 1992, is a Los Angeles-based talent agency that also boasts offices in New York City, Nashville, and Monterey, California. The agency's headquarters is housed in the former MCA office (built in 1936) in Beverly Hills. It has grown through acquisitions. Paradigm Talent Agency added talent and agents for playwrights and theater directors when it bought Writers & Artists Group International. Its purchase of Monterey Peninsula Artists was key in giving the talent agency accessibility to music artists, such as Aerosmith and Toby Keith. The company bought Third Coast Artists Agency in 2009.
