Mission WE BUILD ROCKETS JUST LIKE CARS We’re taking factory concepts and serial production strategies, typically used in machine construction and automotive, and transferring them to rocket production. Low cost and efficiency is key.
The ultimate goal is to save costs for everyone.
This is no longer about the complex and expensive over-engineering of rockets. It’s about using serial production to produce the highest-performance small launcher at the lowest cost. Our RFA ONE enables small satellites to get into low-Earth orbit flexibly and on a budget.
We think about space transportation from the satellite’s point of view.
We take industrial-grade components from commercial industries and specially adapt them to our needs. This enables a standardized production process with consistently high quality at a decreasing cost per unit.
One of the most vital parts of our production is 3D printing. We can produce complex geometric figures using additive manufacturing, quickly adapt and test designs and easily scale up production.
We mix the highest design principles with cost-effective manufacturing.
Our RFA ONE launcher combines precise in-orbit delivery, low-cost architecture and superior propulsion technology for the ultimate competitive advantage.
Description We offer precise, flexible and low-cost launch services. Real-time data from satellites will soon form the backbone of our research, industry and society. Our goal is to democratize access to space in order to better understand, protect and connect our planet.
We build the best rocket for the lowest costs – our RFA ONE. Our Helix staged combustion engine is revolutionary. We maximize cost-savings by using serial production, just like automotive manufacturing.
We position your payload exactly where you want it to be. Our last-mile delivery service takes care of any mission profile. From LEO to GTO and beyond, our Redshift OTV helps you achieve your business and scientific ambitions.
In June 2023, we became the first European company to complete a full upper-stage test with a staged-combustion Helix engine. We achieved a full flight duration of 280 seconds and are thrilled to say the RFA ONE upper stage is ready to fly!
