Description The Public Policy Institute of California is dedicated to informing and improving public policy in the state through independent, objective research on a range of topics. PPIC helps state leaders and other decision-makers better understand policy issues—and make informed choices—by providing them with nonpartisan policy research. Our staff develops useful, effective, influential publications and events that bring our research to key audiences in Sacramento and around the state.
