International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) is an investment holding company with interests in wireless applications, broadband network solutions, project services, and entertainment. Through its Cyber On-Air subsidiary, the company provides telecommunications and information technology integration services in Hong Kong and China. Other holdings include US film production and distribution companies, animation studios, and other entertainment-related businesses (such as a 51% equity stake in Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila). In 2004 the company changed its name from Cyber On-Air Group to International Entertainment Corporation, corresponding with its move toward investments in the entertainment industry.
