A holding company for food production operations in the Asia Pacific region, QAF's core businesses consist of bakery operations; pork production, processing, and distribution (in Australia); milk and dairy production; animal feed production; food production including juices, processed foods, and spices; and wine distribution. The company was founded in Singapore as a food distributor in the 1950's before adding its own food production capabilities starting in the 80's. The company expanded its operations both organically and through acquisitions, adding its bakery operations in 1985, pork in 2001, and dairy in 2004. QAF now owns more than 50 companies.
