Phibro Animal Health makes feeding time down on the farm a happy occasion. The company's Animal Health and Nutrition segment -- its largest -- produces animal feed additives, including trace minerals, vitamins, and antibiotics for livestock and poultry producers worldwide. Phibro's Performance Products segment manufactures specialty chemicals for agricultural and industrial uses, including ingredients for the ethanol, coatings and adhesives, metal, and personal care industries. Subsidiaries include distributor PhibroChem and specialty chemicals maker Ferro Metal & Chemical. Phibro also supplies antimicrobials used in ethanol production. Chairman and president Jack Bendheim owns most of Phibro Animal Health.
