Kepler Research has renown experts with extensive experience in the DoD formal source selection process, the DoD Procurement Management Review (PMR) process, major weapon system cost analysis, and contract policy compliance reviews. We pride ourselves in attracting and retaining senior-level experts across the federal acquisition field.
