Founded in 2016, DOXA Insurance Holdings, LLC is an established and fast-growing company that strategically acquires small to mid-sized insurance organizations nationwide.
DOXA (an Ancient Greek term meaning “praise”) was created to fill a gap in the insurance industry. Managing General Agencies and Program Administrators with less than $200M in annual premium volume were often overlooked as the “bigger is better” mentality prevailed. Acquisitions that did occur often resulted in staff being downsized or eliminated, a brand being shuttered and rolled into a competitor, and the installation of painful cost-saving initiatives in an effort to increase valuation when the business was flipped a few years later.
DOXA emerged as a positive succession alternative, one that would expand, rather than change or disrupt, a business owner’s legacy. Through our growing portfolio of companies, Agents and Brokers are able to access tailored solutions with zero friction, so they can focus on helping more clients and growing their business.
