Description Stampede is an innovative protein solutions company that focuses on custom protein development and processing. Founded in 1995, we’re proud to be America’s number one pre-portioned protein supplier. Our customers include leading restaurants, top retailers, club stores, leading food service distributors, home delivery customers, military channels and other emerging segments.

We create seasoned and prepared value-added meats, portion cuts and fully cooked beef, chicken, turkey and pork. But there’s more to Stampede than meat. Come to us for all of your foodservice needs including prepared meals, soups, vegetables and vegan protein alternatives.

We currently have four facilities in the Chicago area with a combined size of approximately 285,000 square feet with a combined production capacity in excess of 190 million pounds annually.

Our first facility in the western part of the U.S. opened in December 2018 in Sunland Park, NM. This facility has 142,000 square feet with an annual capacity of 100 million pounds.
