Our very first nursing home was opened back in September 1989 with the first bricks laid by Director Bill Morris, who inspired the launch of the division in our family run business group.
Today, our six nursing homes each reflect the company philosophy of Excellence as Standard in terms of the beautiful environments for residents and the quality of our care.
Continual investment in our people, properties and technologies allows us to proudly sit at the forefront of care in Shropshire and Cheshire. We are deeply proud to have been recognised at a national level for our commitment and every member of our team reflects our shared family values.
We are passionate believers in recognising and rewarding our teams. We pay £10.20 for all care staff on the frontline and offer a wealth of benefits to everyone, from Golden Hellos (£1500 for nurses, £600 for carers), workplace pensions and free parking to paid breaks / birthdays off and a Morris Care discount scheme to save on the essentials and treats alike.
