Mission Our purpose at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services is to help our patients heal emotionally and mentally by providing a safe space to work out life's challenges.

Description Located on a beautiful park-like campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Old Vineyard Behavioral Health is a private hospital dedicated to helping patients with their mental health needs. Old Vineyard provides inpatient programs for individuals in crisis with programs for adolescents, adults, and seniors as well as specialty inpatient programs for Dual Diagnosis, Trauma Recovery, and Mood Disorders. Outpatient programs include day programs (both full and half-day) with a mental health or a dual diagnosis focus. Our facility offers a caring and comfortable environment for our patients, families, staff, and visitors. Each member of our staff is committed to serving our patients with compassion and service excellence. Old Vineyard strives to meet the unique and individuals needs of a wide variety of patients.
