Mission At Dietz & Watson, we've been doing it the right way since 1939. That means all of our spices are blended by hand, not premixed like the other guys. It means cooking, not processing. It’s being transparent about what goes into our food. And what doesn’t. It’s a family of employees who truly care about making the best meats and cheeses on the planet. Because if it’s not right for us, it’s not right for you.
Description 1939 was a big year. Gottlieb Dietz met Walter Watson and developed his original German Bratwurst recipe. Four generations and hundreds of recipes later, we still stand by Gottlieb’s unwavering dedication to quality, family, and delicious food. We're rooted in a delicious heritage of secret family recipes that have been perfected over generations. Over the years, we even expanded to a national brand. Despite this growth, the focus on family, quality and integrity has remained Dietz & Watson’s guiding principles. It’s simple, if you're a part of our team, you're a part of the family. We have a great work environment, excellent benefits and unlimited meat and cheese. Come join our family!
