He set about convincing his small customer base that a bespoke ‘on-site’ managed labour solution would prove more beneficial to them than the ‘high street’ recruitment models. As such 24.7 became one of the first to recommend that every contract had an ‘on-site’ management presence.
Customers soon found that 24.7’s ‘on-site’ management resource ensured that the 24.7 staff were not just numbers but were made to feel part of their business and were treated fairly with dignity and respect.
