Description Crawford Electric Supply began with a vision to redefine electrical distribution, opening its doors in 1990 with just six associates in Dallas, Texas. In 2022, Crawford took a major step forward by launching a state-of-the-art 500,000-square-foot Central Distribution Center in Katy, Texas, enhancing service efficiency and reinforcing its role as a trusted supply chain partner. Over the years, the company strategically expanded across the Southern United States, establishing branches in key markets. As a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, part of the global Sonepar Group, Crawford benefits from the strength of a global leader while remaining committed to providing localized expertise and exceptional customer service.

Established in 1990, Crawford Electric Supply has grown from a single store in Dallas, Texas, into a leading electrical distributor serving eight states along the Southern United States. Within five years of opening, their first store was ranked #1 in the twin city market. Crawford grew from one store with $2 million in sales and six employees to $320 million in sales with six locations in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and College Station) within the first 5 years. Each location rose to the top of their respective markets within a matter of years. Today, Crawford's sales are more than $1 Billion, and the company has over 60 locations and is continuing to grow.

Crawford Electric Supply is a subsidiary of Sonepar USA. The national network of B-to-B distributors is part of the global Sonepar Group, which manages 100 brands in 40 countries.
