We are a non-profit organization helping college students graduate with less debt by partnering with our clients to address their customer service needs through a high-achieving, millennial workforce.
We are a provider of contact center and BPO services. For our business partners, we utilize millennial college student talent, which allows them to test new channels, develop projects or new software, or bring innovative ideas to life.
All of this funds our mission – to reduce student debt. Our vision is to reduce student debt in the US by $1.3B each year by employing over 100,000 college students by the year 2025.
Company History:
Education at Work was founded in 2012 by current Chairman and CEO, Dave Dougherty. The first office to open was in Norwood, OH in the same year. In 2014, the company expanded operations into its second location, an on-campus site at Mount St. Joseph University. Since its establishment, Education at Work has grown its workforce to more than 700 students and its student employees have earned more than $1,000,000 in tuition assistance.
