Pros

Anyone who thinks that this workplace has any positivity is just delusional. Each day here was an awful challenge and full of negativity.

Cons

When you sign that offer letter, you should consider it a temporary job agreement. The evil and fake leadership will make promises of growth and a career, but offer nothing like that. These cruel people fire people as a hobby and don'tcare about the consequences an employee will face. Whether it's putting food on the table or paying for the kids' education, employees have to figure out verything alone, as they will fire employee whenever they please. The lower your position, the worse your situation. The employees and executives are treated terribly. They are supposed to do everything they are asked to while those in senior positions exploit their power and scroll on their mobile phones all day.

Pros

10Fold is a strong environment for people who are motivated, adaptable and serious about doing great work. The pace is fast, but that is part of what makes the work energizing. You are constantly learning, solving new problems and finding better ways to support clients. One of the best parts of the culture is that people care deeply about quality. There is a real emphasis on being thoughtful, prepared and accountable, not just checking boxes. Strong execution matters here, and good work is noticed. The company is also a great fit for people who are open to feedback and committed to improving. Feedback is part of the day-to-day culture, and it helps people understand expectations, sharpen their skills and continue growing. There are also meaningful opportunities to take ownership. People who are proactive, resilient and focused on results can build strong careers here. The work can be challenging, but it is rewarding to be part of a team that is focused on outcomes and client impact. The benefits are also excellent, especially for an agency environment. Fully covered healthcare is a major differentiator, and leadership continues to be thoughtful about compensation and employee support.

Cons

This is not the right fit for someone who wants a slow-paced or highly predictable role. The work moves quickly, priorities can shift, and success requires flexibility, ownership and a willingness to keep learning. There is also a learning curve for people new to agency life or to structured processes. The expectations are high but clear, and there is support for people who are engaged and open to coaching.

Pros

High performance team - collaborative team members with strong media relationships and commitment to building expertise in their fields. Expectations are tied to team hours and back to client budgets to help everyone stay aligned. Differentiated approach - Compared to other agencies I've worked for, agreements are strong with clients, which stops approaches to "work until the client is happy". Dashboard with metrics clients can see helps to convey the value of our work. Competitive benefits and recognition - The expectation is that people do want to grow and advance, so goals that help you get to that next level are just part of the process. There's no battle for the promotion - everyone is considered on their own merits. Time is spent weekly to give recognition and share wins. Growth-oriented culture - New trainings are developed and shared frequently. Investments are made to send / purchase external training material to upskill team members who are hungry for learning. On the job coaching happens ad hoc and in weekly 1:1 meetings.

Cons

The environment is one of high accountability. That means that people who are successful here must be organized and communicate frequently so if they are struggling, they get the support (training or coaching) they need. Some people who were ignored in previous agencies sometimes have trouble believing that and may struggle adapting to such an open culture. The pace is fast and we like it that way - not for everyone.
