"Great company and even better culture!"

I have been working at 3Ci full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

First and foremost, 3Ci has an incredible leadership team. The staffing business is not historically an innovative one, but 3Ci is always innovating and adapting, which helps drive the teams to succeed. The company culture is very much like a family. We work hard towards common goals and each employee has a deep understanding of the core values. This company gives you all of the tools to succeed, build great relationships, solve complex problems and make great money. Work hard and you will be rewarded! This is not a metrics driven sales organization, this is an organization lead by people who understand what is necessary to succeed in this industry so the focus is on the right kinds of goals. They invest in their people and are genuinely kind people.

    Cons

If you don't like change or don't like to work hard, this is not the company for you!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing as you're doing and investing in your people.

I have been working at 3Ci full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

3Ci has given me so much over the time I have been here. I have been challenged professionally and personally, I have built outstanding relationships internally and with clients from reputable companies all over the country, I have been able to earn incredible commission and they have invested in my professional development. If you hit your numbers (which is certainly achievable if you are committed), they send you on a free vacation to a 5 star resort and send you to whatever professional development training you are interested in.

I'll be honest, the staffing business is a challenging and competitive industry. It's difficult to separate yourself from the others. Our screening process may be thorough, but it has been instrumental to success with getting in front of potential buyers, and weeding out the wrong candidates. Our company also invests in a ton of unique marketing that gives us exposure we would never get otherwise.

3Ci gives it's employees the autonomy to do their job. If you don't have experience or are struggling, they will put structure in place to make sure you can hit the goals you set for yourself. I have never felt overwhelmed by metrics or micromanagement here, which is different from previous companies I have worked for.

The company is like a family, we love everyone who comes to work here and welcome them with open arms!

    Cons

You certainly have to have the right mindset to be in this business. If you aren't able to keep your head up and work hard, the industry just isn't for you. If you want to be compensated for the amount of effort you put into your work, this is the business for you!

We are constantly innovating and coming up with new ideas on how to be different- if you don't like change and fluidity, I wouldn't recommend 3Ci.

    Advice to Management

You're killing it! Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Have a lot of great clients in the Atlanta area and a lot of jobs to work on. CEO is great

    Cons

Benefits are bad, screening process for candidates is extremely tedious. Lots of micromanagement

    Advice to Management

There is no need to schedule reviews for your recruiters 1-2 times every week, takes too much time

    Pros

They are nice but with it being a new company, they are a little unexperienced.

    Cons

They are never available. They work from home all the time so I don't think they take their job seriously.

    Advice to Management

Work means being at work and being available to your consultants.

    I worked at 3Ci part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Money was ok but inconsistent, bonuses were not given as promised.
overall, not the best place on earth to work long term.

    Cons

Management was unskilled and uncaring. The owner had his favorites and they always got the best assignments and commission structures.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.
