I have been working at 3Cinteractive full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Improving benefits with 401K matching, large referral bonuses, longer than average PTO, etc. The leadership team has become very transparent and have become laser focused on 3C's place in the market and the vision moving forward.

    Cons

There has been concerns with transparency in the past, but I honestly think the leaders have tackled that head-on and have been very open with changes in the company and future direction/pivots.

    Advice to Management

Ensure you are open with the teams to built on trust and make sure you are accountable for your actions.

    Pros

    - Dynamic, fast moving industry and culture
    - Work with brands on the cutting edge of mobile marketing
    - The company is committed to developing employees
    - Management has done a good job adapting in an emerging industry

    Cons

    - Need to focus more on performance versus people feeling good
    - Communication can be a challenge for a small company
    - Need more incentives for client facing teams

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on performance and be adaptive in a fast changing market, but stay focused on the company plans. The data driven culture in the past few years is making a positive difference in the direction of the company.

    I worked at 3Cinteractive full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They try to be positive and mean well deep down I suspect but don't have any direction.

    Cons

It's a sinking ship. Their sales are dismal and they rah rah you whilst laying off people each year when they don't meet their sales numbers. They go through employees like underwear. Also they seem to prefer hiring white people and women with blonde hair.

    Advice to Management

Consider other people's ideas and dropping your ego.

I have been working at 3Cinteractive full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The free food and while it is trying to operate like a Silicon Valley company, they are ACTIVITY based - not ACTION based, leading to very little innovation.

    Cons

    Poor Leadership
    Unresponsive HR
    High Turnover
"Boys Club" mentality & if you are not it, you clearly know it and do not receive any of the perks
    Poor Benefits
    Outdated Operations
    Outdated Solutions
    Unethical Customer Engagements

    Advice to Management

Check your ego at the door and engage with your staff before they leave you, which is probably irrelevant to you as you have made your millions & this company is really a hobby for you since none of your are actually invested in its success. Best of luck gents!

I worked at 3Cinteractive (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was there on a short contract, but the place was amazing to work. Funky decor, catered lunches almost every day, plus free drinks, breakfast, snacks, and beer on Fridays. Got to work with fun technology and the coworkers were great. Easily one of the best places I've ever worked.

    Cons

The equipment I worked on wasn't up to date, so it was a little slow at times.

    Free lunch and snacks
    Birthday cake
    Nicely decorated office
    Central location
    Many helpful colleagues
    Reasonable work life balance
    Nice conference rooms

    Cons

    Products were not marketable
    Business Operations not sustainable
Exhaustive efforts put into dead leads/initiatives
    Inexperienced Upper Management
Inability to forecast based on business climate
    Underutilization of human resources
Many unprofessional employees across the organization
    Absolutely no career advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Take a moment to reflect on Product offerings.
    Be diligent in staffing appropriately.
There needs to be more Innovative Technology
Do something that will actually inspire current clients and bring in new ones

    Pros

Love it here. The company is extremely generous in just about every way. They give you the best tools required to perform your job function. Friendly environment with talented people. Free food and good benefits.

    Cons

There's a lot of change that happens to accommodate growth and opportunity. Management is spread pretty thin at times, so it's easier for details to get lost or not be surfaced as early.

I worked at 3Cinteractive (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Regular 9-5 hours, can leave work at work
    - 401k matching
    - Updated office

    Cons

    - Management preaches about the importance of employee development being a founding principle of the company, but when too many people took advantage of the development benefits, it seems that they cut the budget. In fact, they just laid off the head of talent management after they preached for the last year how invested they were in the development of the talent there. This comes off as contradictory and inauthentic.

    - Virtually no upward mobility for anyone in the company, whatsoever, at any level. Your responsibilities will probably get changed about 2-3 times a year but you won’t get a salary increase or title change, or have a say in whether or not you want to take on the new role you are being forced into.

    - Zero long term vision or mission. “Long term” vision at 3C is about 6 months out, at best, and changes about twice a year.

    - Immature/inexperienced management who let their egos get in the way of actually having a successful company.

    - Lack of culture. Free lunch and forced monthly happy hours do not equal culture. People clock in, clock out and are generally incapable of or unmotivated to go above and beyond.

    - Lack of product direction/leadership results in wasted time and effort on dead on projects.

    - No stock options for any employees, except for those that are friends with upper management. Same goes for other company perks like the Dolphins box, invites only go out to those that are “in” with the executives. Generally speaking, social connections are put ahead of prudent business decisions.

    - Family leave perks are basically non-existent. Maternity leave is 3 months unpaid, there is no paternity leave.

    Advice to Management

    - Pick a plan, stick to it, and stop letting your egos get in the way. Your actions and decisions have repercussions on the people that you employ.
