      Pros

      There is a good work life balance. You also have the ability to work from home if you choose to do so.

      Cons

      Very hands off and removed executive team. Not hard working or involved in the company at all so they have no idea as to the issues/problems. They don't get involved at all and just take lots of time off.

      Extremely bad company culture - the leadership team even at the highest level is very arrogant and relies on forcing their decisions on the employees
