Pros

Lots to learn New skills to be gained Supportive people Interesting products Working with the Far East Team outings and in-office events Nice office and location (short drive to Ferndown highstreet and M&S)

Cons

Work/life balance is non-existent. Archaic processes - a lot of room for human errors. Poor management - Would benefit in allocating more time to train their new employees and putting in place better training for managers themselves. Practically no WFH is allowed - this perk is only for senior employees only but even then it still isn't encouraged. 'Finish early Fridays' = finish early BUT start half an hour earlier. Very unethical - despite what is said on their website. They do not care about the planet.

Pros

Light and airy offices. The team are supportive. Great opportunities for creativity and progression if your face fits

Cons

Higher management are weak, far too much favouritism, promises of promotions that never materialise. Constant changing of minds by higher management. Whispering in corners constantly made for a bad atmosphere.
