      Pros

      This is a growing company that is run with integrity. I have worked here for 17 years and have seen many people make the most of it and succeed. Not a good place to just put in your time or play politics. But definitely a good place to go as far as your ability and initiative can take you.

      You need to be able to adapt to change.

      Pros

      On the wall in the AC Pro lunchroom, associates are reminded each day why AC Pro exists. There in large letters with the heading, “Why we Exist”, it reads: AC Pro exists to provide our associates with a rewarding lifelong career where they can achieve greatness by providing opportunities for growth in an environment where innovation is continual and everyone is treated with kindness and respect. As a 10+ year associate here at AC Pro, I can personally attest to the truthfulness of this quote. I see it every day and in every interaction. This is a place where you want to come to work each day and make a difference.

      Cons

      None come to mind. There is no place I would rather work.
