      Pros

      Working with special needs children is challenging, and rewarding.

      Cons

      Administration shows favoritism with certain staff members. Too much whistle blowing for non job related issues- felt like being in grade school-petty nonsense.Pay scale is horrific, can make better money at a fast food establishment. The principal is closed minded , her way or the highway approach.

      ACDS was only a rewarding experience because working with the kids was amazing.

      Cons

      Administration at ACDS was unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright spiteful. The principal is manipulative and does not respect the teachers.

      you will get a position if you get the interview and start as soon as you get your paperwork finished

      Cons

      awful. they tell you its a full time position and it is NOT. its a 5. 5 hour paid day. forced to take a 30 min unpaid break. you don't get paid your full salary. for example- if they tell you you're making $12/hour, your paycheck will only be for $10.38/hour and you have no option otherwise. you are also forced to join a union or you will be fired. dues are around $20 every paycheck and you get nothing for being in the union EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE everybody's burnt out this is a no-skill job you will take children to the bathroom and sit in front of a smart board for 5 hours
