      Focused too much on the company, not the people who run it.

      Pros

      Great industry connections, standard hours day to day.

      Cons

      The upper management of the company doesn't seem to care about their employees. Raises are a rarity, very little time off, next to no communication from management, and the new HR team has been an absolute nightmare for the company as a whole.
